IntelERA was approached by a company looking to rethink its processes as part of its Artcraft Maintenance work. Through the use of a value chain model, IntelERA was able to assist the client in redesigning their overall support processes and helped in identifying the inefficiencies in those processes. In addition to that, IntelERA also created a road map for addressing the issues that were identified. Additionally, IntelEra designed a new customer-facing website for the company as part of the project. Due to the new website, the client was able to attract 50% more traffic to their website as a result of the new website, in addition to improving their employee satisfaction as a result of the new website.
