Benn R. Konsynski, Ph. D., is the George S. Craft Distinguished University Professor of Information Systems and Operations Management. He arrived at Emory’s Goizueta Business School following six years on the faculty at the Harvard Business School where he taught in the MBA program and several executive programs.

Doug is the CTO & CIO of Valere Health, where he brings over three decades of strategy and technology experience, including twenty-two years in healthcare. Doug is passionate about driving value through technology while maintaining a constant focus on the needs of clinicians and patients.

Dr. Prakash Shrivastava is currently a Clinical Professor at the Jindal School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas where he teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in Business Analytics, Operations Management, and Internet of things. Prior to this, he worked at global corporations General Motors and Atos.

Sudha Balasubramanian brings over 27 years of global experience in Retail, CPG, and Logistics transformation. She most recently served as Partner and Center Head at IBM, where she led the Retail Industry portfolio and managed a $600M+ P&L across global clients including IKEA, Costco, L’Oréal, and Kroger. Previously, she was CMO and Practice Head for Retail & Logistics at Atos, scaling a $300M consulting practice and driving AI-led supply chain and omnichannel innovation.
